You may find the sizing chart to each of the pieces on the product pages. As with most activewear, our fabric has a decent amount of stretch. If you do fall in between sizes, you should be able to fit both depending on the type of fit you prefer. We will also indicate on the product description itself should the sizing for a particular piece run smaller or larger.
