WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS FOR THE ONLINE STORE?

All e-mails received will be replied between 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays. Please kindly note that we are unable to attend to email enquiries over the weekend and public holidays.

For all e-mails, please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. 

 

HOW OFTEN ARE YOUR PARCELS SHIPPED OUT?

We ship out all parcels everyday, excluding weekends & public holidays.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS?

Once payment has been processed, we will ensure that your order is packed quickly. However, we will do our best if there are changes to your order. Do send us an email as soon as possible at orders@gymsquadactive.com if you require any amendments.

Please kindly note that once the order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, we are unable to make any changes.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most credit cards via PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay for both local & international customers.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

At the moment, we do not have a physical store. However, we will be looking to stock our products at a few locations soon. Do keep a lookout for our pop-up events as well!

 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

Yes, you can refer to our sizing chart to ensure you have the best fit for your chosen product.

We will also indicate on the product description itself should the sizing for a particular piece run smaller or larger. Alternatively, please feel free to reach us at hello@gymsquadactive.com if you have further questions about sizing.

 

WILL THE COLOUR OF THE PRODUCT TURN OUT DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PHOTOS I HAVE SEEN ONLINE?

GYM SQUAD ACTIVE strives to ensure that the colour depicted matches the actual product as accurately as possible. For extra measures, we provide close-up shots of the product taken under studio and outdoor lighting. These images can be viewed on either our retail website or Instagram account: @gymsquadactive 

 

I HAVE MADE A FEW ORDER TRANSACTIONS CONSECUTIVELY. CAN I COMBINE THE POSTAGE CHARGES & GET A REFUND FOR THE EXCESS?

We're sorry but we do not refund any shipping charges if you have made consecutive separate orders. 

In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
