Terms & Conditions

• Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn and undamaged items within 30 calendar days from date of purchase.
• Merchandise with makeup stains or display evidence that it has been worn, soiled, stretched or washed previously will not be accepted.
• Please note that shipping charges previously incurred will not be refunded in the return/exchange.
• Sale items and purchases made during promotional period and/or using discount codes are strictly final. It will not be eligible for refund/return/exchange.
• All postal fees are to be borne by customer unless it is a mistake on our end. Gym Squad Active will ensure that the problem will be rectified as soon as possible.
• Please check and ensure that the item is unwashed, unsoiled and free of stains in its original condition.
• Send back the item via registered mail or any mail with tracking to the indicated address on the form. Do note that Gym Squad Active will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels should the returns parcel be untraceable.
• Gym Squad Active reserves the right to reject the returns/exchange or close accounts based on errant behaviour.

Kindly follow these steps for a return/exchange of your item(s):

• Please check and ensure that the item is unwashed, unsoiled and free of stains in its original condition.
• Please email us at orders@gymsquadactive.com with the following details: 

1. Name, email address and your Order ID (if available). 
2. Desired item for return or exchange (specify colour and size) 
3. Reason for the return/exchange (too big, too small etc.) 

Exchanges:

• Items will be exchanged in accordance to its tagged price.
• Any excess amount not utilised in the transaction will not be refunded.
• Any amount topped up for an exchange may be qualified for current promotion (if any).
• Preferred item will then be shipped out within 1 – 3 days upon receiving payment for shipping fees of selected product to be exchanged.

Refunds:

• Upon receiving the item, a store credit will be issued to your Gym Squad Active account with a 6 months validity period.
• Store credit does not include postal fees previously incurred from original purchase.
